Step Free Designs
Why is Step-Free Design Important?
Typical newly-constructed homes in Omaha require homeowners climb one or more steps onto a front stoop, then even more steps into the front-door entry as well as the garage entry. Scottsdale Step Free Homes has added value at no additional cost by eliminating these unsafe, awkward steps with special foundation and floor-support systems providing step-free comfort, safety, and convenience. A Scottsdale Step Free Home carries a greater resale value, imagine the millions of soon-to-be boomers coming to market over the next decades that will demand this feature. Will you have it?
